I have known from an early age that I wanted to be a solicitor, because I wanted to help people that were going through one of the most challenging and difficult times in their life. Following on from my own parents’ divorce in my teens, I understand the impact parental separation and conflict can have upon the children of the family. My aim is to ensure that the children’s welfare is always at the forefront of any decision-making.

I joined Evolve Family Law in January 2024 following a period of maternity leave. I have previously worked at law firms based in both Staffordshire and Cheshire and have experience dealing with a wide and varied case load of private law children matters.

I have been working for Evolve Family Law since the firm opened its doors in September 2015. Initially I began as a Paralegal, assisting all fee earners with all areas of family law and private client work, as well as dealing with the day-to-day administrative tasks, speaking with clients, courts and counsel for example.

In November 2023, I took on the position of Compliance Manager within the firm – it’s been an exciting new chapter of my career within the firm, not only ensuring that our procedures are efficient within the firm but ensuring the adherence to all regulatory legislation and accreditation, which maintains Evolve Family Law’s legal and ethical integrity. I am friendly, organised, empathetic and always happy to help.

I am involved throughout the life of a case and aim to keep things as clear and straightforward as possible during what can often feel like a difficult time.
